Oakwood Center—a vision in progress!

Oakwood Center is a master-planned business and professional campus conveniently located in the Portage County Business Park in Stevens Point, just north of the Crossroads Commons Shopping Center. When completed, Oakwood Center will consist of 10 buildings on a 10.6 acre tract of land.

Building 100

Oakwood Center Building 200 was completed in November 2006 and is almost fully leased, and Building 100 is nearly completed and also is almost fully leased. The remaining buildings are scheduled to be finished over the next several years.
