Building 200 was the first of the Oakwood Center buildings to be constructed. Easily recognized by its striking architecture, it was completed in the fall of 2006 and currently houses Steaming Stone Spa, Stonecrop Organics Cafe & Coffeehouse, Bailey’s Chiropractic and an Ameriprise Financial office.

Steaming Stone Spa and Stonecrop Organics are Building 200’s two anchor service businesses. At Steaming Stone Spa, customers can take advantage of a variety of massage, facial, beauty and other services while enjoying the spectacular view offered by its second floor location. Stonecrop Organics features a casual cafe where customers can indulge in their favorite foods while enjoying local organic farm goodness. Other offerings include ice cream, fresh-baked goods, organic whole foods and grocery items.

Topping off the many features and amenities, Building 200’s wrap-around veranda adds a charming elegance while providing a relaxed, inviting atmosphere for outdoor dining or informal business meetings.
