Now completed, the signature feature of Building 100 is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art conference room with an approximately 15-person seating capacity. The conference room is available to all Oakwood Center tenants as well as to area non-profit organizations. In addition, Building 100 features exclusive front entrance exposure and integrated green space. These enhancements were included to provide small businesses with office features typically enjoyed by a large corporation while keeping costs down.

Building 100 offers three levels of occupancy, all with build-to-suit and build-out options. Loft-style office space on the third floor provides a beautiful view of the pond and bridge located within the Portage County Business Park.
